Piola opens its first location in 1986 in Treviso, Italy, moving in 2001 to its current address, in Via Carlo Alberto 11, in the heart ofthe city.  The success of  this restaurant inspires the Piola founders to expand Piola in the World, which they set out to do in 1993.
