"Pizzaiolo" for all tastes "Pizzaiolo" is someone who without doubts, someone who everyone without exception has intended to be once in their lives. Then there is the other person who is tenacious and likes making Homemade pizza, and the one who insists and chooses to follow their vocation by making a profession out of the preparing of the pizza. Easy? Not so much. It is an art to make a high, soft, crispy, with an edge, not so dry, not so wet...pizza. If you go around the word and if you are brave you will realice that everyone cooks their pizza in their own way, in the oven, in woodstoves or in the microwave oven. |
